This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated business disputes and high-stakes litigation matters while gaining significant responsibility, client exposure, and hands-on courtroom experience in a collaborative environment. What You'll Do: Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.Draft and argue motions, conduct legal research, and manage all aspects of discovery.Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.Work on a variety of business disputes, including contract, business tort, shareholder, and other complex commercial matters.Collaborate closely with experienced partners on litigation strategy, client counseling, and case management. Who We're Looking For: 2-8 years of commercial litigation or general litigation experience.Experience handling sophisticated business disputes preferred, though candidates from other litigation backgrounds will be considered.Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.Ability to independently manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.Licensed in Georgia or eligible for admission.
