This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial litigator to work on complex, high-stakes disputes, with significant responsibility across litigation strategy, discovery, motion practice and case management. Key Responsibilities Handle sophisticated commercial litigation mattersManage written discovery and document productionsDraft substantive pleadings, motions and briefsConduct legal research and analysisAssist with depositions and case preparationDevelop litigation strategy alongside partnersManage significant case workstreamsCommunicate directly with clients on complex matters Who You Are 4-6 years of commercial litigation experienceLarge law firm or comparable litigation experienceJudicial clerkship experience is advantageousStrong motion practice, discovery and deposition experienceExcellent academic credentialsSuperior research, writing and analytical skillsStrong strategic judgment and client-facing abilitiesAdmitted to the California Bar Compensation Salary Range: $310,000 – $390,000 Annual performance and discretionary bonuses may be available.
