Commercial Litigation Associate

Office Location: Naples Quarles & Brady LLP seeks an associate with at least 2-5 years of experience to join the Commercial Litigation practice in our Naples office. Applicants should have experience in the following: (i) researching, drafting, and arguing motions in Florida state courts; (ii) drafting and responding to written discovery and taking and defending depositions; and (iii) managing smaller matters with limited supervision while working as part of a team on larger matters. Experience with construction, real estate, or landlord/tenant disputes is strongly preferred. The successful candidate must have strong research and writing skills, a strong academic record, and the drive and commitment to become a partner at the firm.
