Commercial Litigation Associate

About the role

Joining the Commercial Litigation practice in our Indianapolis office, the ideal candidate will have significant experience:

• Researching and drafting legal memoranda and motions
• Appearing and arguing at hearings in Indiana state and federal courts and in arbitration
• Drafting and responding to written discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Managing smaller matters with limited supervision
• Working successfully as part of a team on larger matters

Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

• A strong academic record
• The drive, enthusiasm, and commitment to become a partner at the firm
