Responsibilities

• Conduct factual investigations and discovery
• Prepare pleadings
• Take depositions
• Argue motions
• Participate in mediation
• Communicate with clients

Requirements

• Three to six years of experience in all phases of complex commercial litigation
• Experience in both state and federal court preferred
• Experience in administrative matters and arbitrations beneficial
