This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Lines professional who enjoys coaching others, sharing knowledge, and creating consistency across teams. You'll serve as a trusted resource for new hires while partnering with operations, leadership, and technology teams to ensure employees are equipped to succeed from day one. In addition to onboarding new team members, you'll help support newly acquired agency partners by providing workflow and systems training during integration and go-live initiatives. What You'll Do Training & Onboarding Lead onboarding and training programs for new Commercial Lines team membersDeliver engaging instruction on Applied Epic and Commercial Lines workflowsTeach the full policy lifecycle, including:New BusinessRenewalsEndorsementsCertificatesClaimsAuditsCancellations & ReinstatementsCustomize training based on experience level and learning needs Coaching & Development Observe and guide new hires through real-world workflows and transactionsValidate proficiency before independent productionIdentify skill gaps and provide targeted coachingSupport employees during their transition from training to live account management Systems & Process Excellence Maintain and enhance training materials, workflow guides, and process documentationPartner with IT and Operations teams on Applied Epic configuration and access issuesIdentify recurring workflow challenges and recommend process improvementsHelp drive consistency and best practices across a growing organization Agency Integration & Travel Support onboarding efforts for newly acquired agency partnersTravel periodically to assist with go-live training initiativesFacilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for teams transitioning onto standardized workflows What We're Looking For ✅ Strong Applied Epic expertise, including workflows, activities, navigation, and troubleshooting ✅ Deep understanding of Commercial Lines operations and policy lifecycle processes ✅ Previous Commercial Lines Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Team Lead, or Operations experience ✅ Ability to teach, mentor, and communicate complex concepts in a practical way ✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ✅ Comfortable leading one-on-one sessions, group training, and virtual learning environments ✅ Ability to build credibility with both new hires and experienced professionals Bonus Points For ⭐ Prior training, mentoring, coaching, or onboarding experience ⭐ Experience supporting agency integrations or operational process improvement initiatives ⭐ Applied Epic power-user experience Why This Opportunity Stands Out This organization is investing heavily in its people, technology, and long-term growth.
