Job Summary
The Commercial Lines Support Specialist will support a team of Client Account Managers by handling tasks such as issuing certificates of insurance, processing endorsements, maintaining client information, and managing transactions in agency management systems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED; College degree preferred
- Recent/relevant experience in insurance preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is helpful
Pay Range
The expected salary range for this position is $22 to $24, influenced by factors including skills, experience, and location.
