We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Marketing Department Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is vital for overseeing our marketing strategies and leading two Marketing Account Executives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct coverage analysis on new accounts and complex renewals
• Generate submissions and negotiate quotes with various insurance markets
• Oversee the marketing efforts of two marketing staff members, providing guidance and support
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies
• Foster relationships with insurance carriers to enhance submission outcomes

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a marketing role within a retail brokerage
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage and mentor a small team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
