This position may also be performed out of our Richmond office with frequent travel to Norfolk. Responsibilities

• Lead the placement and marketing of commercial accounts across multiple industries
• Collaborate closely with producers, account teams, and carrier partners
• Leverage deep knowledge of the commercial insurance marketplace to negotiate coverage and pricing
• Guide strategy and present tailored solutions
• Translate complex commercial risk strategies into compelling proposals

Requirements

• Strong experience in the commercial sector
• Technical understanding of all property and casualty coverage concepts
• Established relationships with carriers
• Strong presentation skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial insurance marketing or a related field
• Experience working with various property and casualty insurance products
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The good-faith compensation range for this role is expected to be $120,000 to $175,000, based on the role, market, internal equity, and candidate qualifications.

Schedule

This position follows a core Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., but will also include occasional after-hours events.
