Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist
The Role
This is a full-time role. Experience and proper licensing are required.
Qualifications
- Licensed – Active Property & Casualty License required.
- Prior commercial insurance experience required.
- Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
- Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
- Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
Responsibilities
The Commercial Lines Specialist provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. This role is responsible for building relationships and producing insurance sales.
What You Will Do
The Commercial Lines Specialist follows up with prospects, quotes and sells policies, protects the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners, follows up and sees tasks through to completion, appropriately documents contact opportunities, and acts with professionalism, understanding the importance of both a sales and a services mindset.
