Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist
Specialized experience with Real Estate, manufacturing, life science, contractors, and other commercial sectors is required.
About the role
The Commercial Lines Specialist provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. This role is responsible for building relationships and producing insurance sales.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospects (leads provided)
- Quote and sell policies
- Protect the best interests of both clients and insurance company partners
- Follow up and see tasks through to completion
- Appropriately document contact opportunities
- Act with professionalism, balancing a sales and service mindset
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty License required
- Prior commercial insurance experience required
- Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Well-organized with the ability to plan and operate efficiently
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace
