Responsibilities

  • Meet established sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Use Trucordia’s sales and marketing tools to execute results-driven activities, including cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations to close new business.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in a chosen focus area to ensure long-term success.
  • Maintain and grow a book of business to support high renewal rates.
  • Collaborate with Client Service teams to analyze renewal business and place new accounts.
  • Follow Trucordia’s sales methodologies and best practices, including proper use of sales tools and platforms.

Requirements

  • State-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License.
  • 4-year degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in an insurance sales role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills (internal and external).
