Key Responsibilities: Shadow Account Managers and participate in client-facing and internal meetings to gain real-world exposureSupport data management initiatives and assist with special projects across teamsCollaborate with team members on day-to-day operational and administrative tasksLearn the proposal process and present a proposal to the intern team at the end of the internshipDevelop a foundational understanding of the insurance industry, brokerage operations, and client service models Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree programPreferred majors include, Risk Management & Insurance, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCurious, motivated, and eager to learn about the insurance industry and grow professionally The Hilb Group is an equal opportunity employer, and we actively support and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws prohibiting all forms of discrimination in employment.
