Commercial Lines Insurance Placement Coordinator

Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Insurance Placement Coordinator to join our growing team in Jacksonville, FL. The purpose of this position is to support the Insurance Placement Team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate submissions for the purpose of suggesting appropriate markets to be approached for quotations
• Analyze quotes obtained from various insurance companies
• Review quote options with Insurance Placement Team/Producers
• Create high quality and accurate proposals for presentation
• Help develop and maintain close working relationships with insurance company representatives and brokers as well as agency producers and account managers within the office

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Associate or bachelor’s Degree
• 2-20 License – Willing to Obtain
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
