Commercial Lines Insurance Account Coordinator / CSR / CSA

About the Role

Provides support to account managers by processing certificates, MVRs, claims, endorsements, and audits. Handles new business and renewal policy checking, agency invoicing, and preparation of renewal proposals and summaries. Collaborates with colleagues, insurance carriers, and clients, provides administrative support, and maintains accuracy in the agency management system (AMS) utilizing download and manual entry.

Requirements

• Ohio Property Casualty Insurance license preferred
• 1-2 years of industry experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Career or internship experience within the financial or insurance industry preferred
