Responsibilities
- Handle a book of existing clients and assist in selling and servicing products to new clients.
- Identify exposures to loss and recommend appropriate coverage to new and existing customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries, analyze complaints, and recommend solutions.
- Communicate changes or adjustments in policies to clients.
- Prepare applications and submit them to carriers for quotes on new and renewal business.
- Order and issue binders, certificates, endorsements, and other related items and verify their accuracy before forwarding to clients and/or producers.
- Assist clients in submitting first reports of claims and follow up on claims status as needed.
