Compensation Package

• Salary Range:
• - 2+ years of experience: $60,000 - $75,000
• - 5+ years of experience: $75,000 - $100,000
• Work Arrangement:
• Onsite is highly preferred. Remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications:
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in EZLynx or similar agency management software.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
