Commercial Lines Account Manager

This is a full-time role located at either our Rancho Cordova or Roseville, CA office.

Responsibilities

• Answer client’s questions regarding payments and notices.
• Process endorsements for clients.
• Manage a diverse book of house accounts.
• Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
• Support designated sales staff.
• Review and respond to renewal activities.
• Follow up and see tasks through to completion.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty License (required).
• Insurance experience (1 year required).
• Ability to multi-task and manage different projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Highly organized with the ability to plan and operate efficiently.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
