Commercial Lines Account Manager

About the role

This is a full-time role requiring experience and proper licensing. Well-qualified candidates may be eligible for hybrid remote work (preferred) or remote work in the state of Washington. Responsibilities

• Answer client’s questions regarding payments and notices.
• Process endorsements for clients.
• Manage a diverse book of house accounts.
• Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
• Support designated sales staff.
• Review and respond to renewal activities.
• Follow up and see tasks thru to completion.

Qualifications

• Insurance Experience – Active Property & Casualty License required. Insurance experience necessary.
• Multi-tasking – Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
• Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
• Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.

Preferred Qualifications And Experience

• 3+ years Commercial Lines experience preferred.
• Functional familiarity with Applied EPIC strongly preferred.
• Comfortable with applications, accords, marketing, proposals, and carrier communication.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Generalist commercial experience preferred across a variety of account types.
