Job Responsibilities

  • Work alongside and cooperatively with Producers and Account Executives (AEs) to serve as the HUB consultant to the client.
  • Ensure Producers or AEs are fully informed about and prepared for all client meetings and interfaces so as to manage the client relationship competently and proactively.
  • Possess a detailed knowledge of the client’s business and industry, articulating applicable exposures to loss, insurance coverages, and risk management/control solutions.
  • Directly oversee and coordinate the delivery of all HUB services to assigned clients throughout the policy cycle, including stewardship reports, risk control services, carrier meetings, claims reviews, coverage outlines, and emergent/renewal coverage requests.
