Responsibilities
- Manage and service an existing commercial lines book of business
- Develop and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and relationship building
- Maintain strong client relationships through consultative service and proactive communication
- Market accounts and collaborate with carriers to secure competitive coverage solutions
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to support agency growth
- Review policies, renewals, endorsements, and coverage recommendations with clients
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service and retention
- Assist in mentoring and supporting team growth as leadership responsibilities develop
Qualifications
- Commercial insurance experience preferred
- Active Property & Casualty license preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills
- Ability to manage accounts while driving new business growth
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience with agency management systems and carrier relationships is a plus
- Leadership mindset with a desire for long-term career advancement
