We’re seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager Assistant who will support risk strategy, client service excellence, and operational accuracy. This is a hybrid role based in Syracuse, New York.

Responsibilities
- Client Partnership & Risk Strategy:
- Support client service activities to meet client needs with exceptional service.
- Assist with new business and renewal processes, including assigned program business.
- Act as a liaison with account managers and carrier partners to support client objectives.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of client requests, service needs, and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong client and carrier relationships through responsive communication.
- Operational Excellence:
- Maintain efficient use of client management systems for accurate documentation and workflow compliance.
- Manage correspondence, including email and client document systems, in a timely manner.
- Support carrier website activities for rating, billing, endorsements, and loss run retrieval.
- Maintain accurate and orderly account records.
- Use CSR24 and other tools to support service delivery with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications
Required
- 1–2 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
- New York State Property & Casualty license.
- Experience in client service, account management, or insurance service activities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with client management and document management systems.
- Experience using carrier websites for rating, billing, endorsements, and loss runs.
- Experience with CSR24 or similar tools.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Interest in continued training and professional development.

Additional Information
Compensation: $25.00 – $32.45 per hour, eligible for performance-based bonus.

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 or more days in office, local to Syracuse, New York.

Licensure & Certifications
- Active State Property & Casualty License required.
- Ability to obtain required licensure within 6 months of hire.
