Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage and expand our portfolio of business insurance accounts. This role is ideal for a licensed P&C professional who brings both technical expertise and a client-first mindset. You’ll play a key role in servicing existing accounts while actively contributing to new business growth in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License — REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial/business insurance — REQUIRED
- Proven experience quoting and servicing policies such as General Liability, BOP, Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Auto, and Umbrella
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with agency management systems and insurance quoting platforms
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Skills
- Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts with accuracy and professionalism
- Quote, market, and bind new commercial insurance policies
- Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy changes efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners
- Educate clients on coverage details, exclusions, and policy options to ensure informed decisions
- Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Provide timely, responsive, and high-quality communication to clients and internal team members
- Collaborate with producers and team members to support overall agency growth and retention goals
