Responsibilities

  • Provide positive, prompt, accurate, and courteous service to account managers and clients, as necessary.
  • Maintain electronic and/or paper files in an orderly, up-to-date manner.
  • Check manual policies, order loss runs, issue renewal binders, invoices, ID cards and certificates.
  • Receive any downloads and communication coming in from carriers that need forwarded to other and receive physical mail & faxes for commercial accounts.
  • Scanning and filing in Image Right.
  • Maintain all client activity in AMS 360, run suspense lists, follow procedures, and work through download reports.
  • Aid in New Business workflow.
  • Receive change requests for endorsements and issue all on-demand certificates.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least two (2) years’ experience in similar position is desirable.
  • Educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. College degree is preferred, not necessary.
  • Familiarity with a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), agency & document managing system.
