Responsibilities
- Provide positive, prompt, accurate, and courteous service to account managers and clients, as necessary.
- Maintain electronic and/or paper files in an orderly, up-to-date manner.
- Check manual policies, order loss runs, issue renewal binders, invoices, ID cards and certificates.
- Receive any downloads and communication coming in from carriers that need forwarded to other and receive physical mail & faxes for commercial accounts.
- Scanning and filing in Image Right.
- Maintain all client activity in AMS 360, run suspense lists, follow procedures, and work through download reports.
- Aid in New Business workflow.
- Receive change requests for endorsements and issue all on-demand certificates.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience: At least two (2) years’ experience in similar position is desirable.
- Educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. College degree is preferred, not necessary.
- Familiarity with a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), agency & document managing system.
