Reliable Electric and Lighting is growing and has an immediate need to hire five experienced Commercial Lighting Retrofit Foremen. If you're an experienced leader looking for your next opportunity, we want to speak with you today.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial lighting retrofit crews on projects nationwide.
- Manage daily jobsite operations and maintain production schedules.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and according to company standards.
- Complete all required paperwork, including:
- Daily reports
- Timecards
- Material tracking
- Safety documentation
- Project documentation
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Superintendents, customers, and crew members.
- Train, mentor, and develop field employees.
- Maintain quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial lighting retrofit experience.
- Previous experience as a Foreman, Lead Technician, or Crew Leader.
- Proven leadership experience managing crews in the field.
- Ability to read and interpret lighting layouts, electrical drawings, and project specifications.
- Experience completing daily reports, timecards, material tracking, and other project documentation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to work a significant amount of overtime.
- Willing and able to travel extensively throughout the United States.
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean driving record required.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Able to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.
- OSHA 10 certification required (OSHA 30 preferred).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Commercial lighting retrofit experience is required.
- Previous Foreman or Crew Leader experience.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Experience managing project paperwork and documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret lighting layouts, electrical drawings, and project specifications.
- Willingness to travel nationwide.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work a significant amount of overtime.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Able to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
