Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems including water lines, drainage systems, and gas piping.
- Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and local building codes to ensure compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues in large-scale environments such as restaurants, office buildings, and industrial facilities.
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to avoid system downtime.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers on construction and renovation projects.
- Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies and provide after-hours or on-call service when needed.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid State of Connecticut P2 plumbing license (required)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in using standard plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in restaurant or retail construction projects
- Familiarity with energy-efficient or green plumbing systems
- Ability to manage multiple job sites or tasks efficiently

Schedule
- Full-Time: Monday–Friday
- Occasional night or weekend work depending on project needs
