Commercial Lending Operations Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Commercial Lending Operations team.
- Aid in daily operational tasks and special projects to support team workload.
- Organize, maintain, and file loan documents, financial statements, and related records.
- Ensure loan files and customer relationship records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Track outstanding post-closing items, including: Recorded documents, Titles, Searches, Insurance documentation, Follow up on missing documentation and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support loan payoff activities, including: Lien releases, Satisfaction documents, Account closures, Maintain accurate payoff records and documentation.
- Cook with insurance agents to obtain updated insurance certificates.
- Update loan servicing systems with current insurance information.
- Ensure loan records comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support during peak workloads, employee absences, and special initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of banking or financial services experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with financial and lending documents.
- Experience handling documentation such as: Real estate titles, Insurance certificates, Lien releases, Post-closing documentation, Loan files.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deadlines.

Work Environment
Onsite Monday through Friday for the first several weeks. Hands-on training with systems, processes, and team members. After onboarding, employees work a hybrid 3/2 schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote. In-office days may rotate among team members based on departmental needs.

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
