Commercial Lending Associate

About the role

This position involves representing regional and national lenders in secured transactions and managing complex engagements in a collaborative team environment. The role offers hands-on mentoring, direct client contact, and long-term advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial lending matters, including credit and loan (C&L), acquisition, and fund finance transactions.
• Draft and review transaction documents with precision.
• Organize and analyze complex deal structures.
• Work effectively in a team-based setting.

Requirements

• J.D. degree and active membership in the applicable state Bar.
• Two or more years of commercial lending experience.
• Strong academic credentials and exceptional client service skills.
• Proven drafting, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to collegiality and diversity.
