About the role

Burr & Forman has an immediate opening for a Commercial Lending Associate in Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; or Birmingham, AL.

Responsibilities

• Represent regional and national lenders in secured transactions
• Manage complex engagements in a team environment
• Substantially involved in commercial lending experience (real estate and/or C&I)

Requirements

• J.D. degree
• Membership in the applicable state Bar
• Three or more years of commercial lending experience (real estate and/or C&I lending)
• Self-starters with great client service skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Strong research, writing, organizational and analytical skills
• Licensed to practice law in the applicable state
