Key Responsibilities Originate, structure, and close CRE loans ranging from $500K to $5MMDevelop and expand a profitable loan portfolio within the Birmingham marketMaintain and grow an established book of business and referral networkPerform detailed credit analysis with a focus on tax return-based underwritingStructure sound credit solutions while maintaining strong risk disciplineServe as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering tailored financing solutionsPartner with internal credit teams to ensure efficient approvals and closings Qualifications Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lending experience with a strong credit backgroundDemonstrated success handling $500K-$5MM deal sizesDeep market presence already established.
