Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Interview applicants to determine loan requirements and gather necessary information.
- Analyze financial statements and other relevant data to recommend lending solutions.
- Evaluate creditworthiness and present well-structured lending proposals.
- Develop customized loan proposals and present them to clients.
- Follow up on pending loan deals and loan renewals.
- Prepare regular sales activity reports and provide updates on portfolio performance.
- Present key metrics, successes, challenges, and recommendations during management meetings.
- Maintain and monitor loan performance to ensure appropriate risk management and financial objectives.
- Prospect for new clients and expand the credit union's market share.
- Showcase the credit union's products and services to attract and retain clients.
- Leverage industry contacts and existing relationships to enhance revenue generation.
- Engage in industry forums and networks to increase brand awareness and build relationships with key influencers.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of commercial lending industry, processes, policies, and portfolio management.
- Commercial and consumer lending regulations and compliance.
- Ability to operate a PC using Microsoft Office 365 suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience in commercial business lending and business development or credit analyst role.
- Acceptable credit history meeting SAFE Act requirements.
Pay
Pay Range: USD $88,740.00 - USD $133,110.00 /Yr.
