Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals through outside sales and manage existing customer relationships.
- Contribute to the profitability and growth of the Bank by building, developing, and managing new and expanded client relationships with retail customers.
- Sourcing prospects and developing new customer relationships by selling appropriate bank products and services to those prospects and clients and identifying and successfully capitalizing on cross-sell opportunities and making appropriate referrals.
- Managing loan and portfolio credit quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 5-10 years of experience in relationship management banking
Preferred Skills
- Commercial lending background
- Excellent relationship management and business development/sales skills
- Advanced knowledge of credit and credit quality
- Advanced knowledge of bank products and services
- Able to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships
