Responsibilities
- Obtain and develop a quality loan portfolio with annual performance goals while managing the existing portfolio.
- Handle senior-level lending for Construction, Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, Consumer, and Consumer Real Estate Loans.
- Promote BancFirst services through cross-selling banking products to new and existing clientele.
- Participate in various community and public events.
- Consistently execute policies and procedures while providing extraordinary customer service.
- Conduct outside business development calls.
- Assist with other job-related duties as requested by supervisor/manager.
- Analyze complex financial data and write detailed credit memorandums.
- Negotiate loan workouts and asset liquidations.
- Promote Retail/Cash Management products to new and existing relationships.
- Maintain current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements, including RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending.
- Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
- Regular and consistent attendance is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Business major or Formal Credit training preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an underwriting Commercial Loan Officer.
- Experience in negotiating loan workouts and asset liquidations.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and write detailed credit memorandums.
- Current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements, including RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending.
- Ability to grow a quality portfolio with annual performance goals.
- Willingness to participate in community events and conduct outside business development calls.
- Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Full Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
