Location: Brentwood, TN

Legacy Commercial Property is a rapidly growing, full‑service commercial real‑estate company specializing in leasing, acquisitions, development, construction and property management of retail centers. The portfolio consists of 700+ retail properties and over 6 M square feet across 23+ states. The company is headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee and is part of Highland Ventures, a family‑owned management company.

The Commercial Leasing Agent will primarily procure tenants to lease space in Legacy’s owned portfolio, with a focus on new retail developments in the Southeast. The role requires cold‑calling, working with large national retailers, and managing tenant build‑outs to ensure timely lease commencement.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing efforts for ground‑up retail strip‑center developments, collaborating closely with the development team.
• Canvass potential tenants for space within the 700+ Highland Ventures‑owned properties.
• Lead negotiations of lease terms.
• Use data analytics to analyze the real‑estate portfolio, create target lists, and perform void analysis.
• Consistently create and manage relationships within the commercial real‑estate space.
• Partner with other leasing team members to obtain new tenants and develop a pipeline of potential partners.
• Develop relationships with brokers in relevant markets to lease difficult properties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4‑year college or university.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial real‑estate sales; retail leasing experience is a plus.

Pay

Schedule

Full‑time, on‑site position in Brentwood, TN. Typical work days are Monday through Friday.
