Eve Capital is a female-founded commercial real estate firm known for its innovative approach and dynamic team. We're currently seeking a driven and ambitious Commercial Leasing Agent to join us.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating lease agreements for our diverse portfolio of properties, including RETAIL, OFFICES, INDUSTRIAL, and MULTI-FAMILY.
• Actively engaging with property owners and potential tenants, conducting property tours, and negotiating lease terms.
• Building relationships within the commercial real estate community.
• Conducting market analyses to position our properties effectively and attract qualified tenants.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial leasing or sales.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Current real estate license is required.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
