Commercial Learning Lead

For our client, a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, we are seeking a Commercial Learning Lead to advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience.

About the role

You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. This position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a strategic learning plan for commercial objectives
• Serve as the senior learning advisor to influence field effectiveness and business performance
• Establish a capability roadmap for product knowledge and customer engagement
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing development for field teams
• Build partnerships with executives to drive strategic initiatives
• Champion a culture of continuous learning across commercial teams
• Design innovative learning solutions to enhance performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare, or related commercial roles
• 5+ years of leadership experience in commercial learning and talent development
• Proven track record in product launch and readiness leadership
• Expertise in performance consulting and instructional design methodologies
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven recommendations

Pay

$178,000 – $245,000 annually
