Responsibilities

• Develop effective business structures and provide advice on corporate governance.
• Prepare and review finance facilities and loan agreements.
• Facilitate the sale and purchase of businesses and assets, including contract preparation, due diligence, and settlement.
• Advise on and prepare franchising, licensing, and distribution agreements.
• Negotiate and draft partnership, joint venture, buy/sell agreements, and bespoke commercial agreements.
• Provide corporate advisory services and handle mergers and acquisitions.
• Offer employment law advice and services.
• Act for borrowers, lenders, and financial institutions.
• Advise on intellectual property (IP) and technology matters.
• Prepare and review General Security Agreements.
• Create and review Trading Terms and conditions.
• Provide advice on privacy law, including Australian Privacy Principles and handling of personal information.
• Register and enforce PPSA Security Interests.
