Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Hands-on managing a commercial landscape/lawn maintenance crew
- Weekly lawn maintenance of dedicated routes
- Mulching, plant and flower installation
- Weeding flowerbeds
- Timming bushes and/or trees
- Snow shoveling and plowing
- Clearing icy exterior walkways and parking lots during wintry weather
- Preparing grounds for seasonal changes
- Inspecting exterior of each property and grounds
- Safely and properly operating/maintaining equipment and tools
- Using phone/tablet to complete site inspections, enter crew’s time and material into work order system
- Performing other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Landscape/Lawn Maintenance experience
- Experience managing a crew preferred
- Keen eye for detail, organized, and great attitude
- Able to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screening
- Ability to work overtime
Pay
Pay Rate: $20 to $22 per hour
Schedule
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am to 4pm (depending on weather)
