Commercial Kitchen Service Technician

Technicians are encouraged to pursue CFESA training certifications, with many achieving the “Master Certification” designation. The team provides service, repair, and maintenance for cooking, refrigeration, beverage, HVAC, and ware‑washing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair restaurant equipment at customer locations, including restaurants, hospitals, schools, and other commercial kitchens.
• Work on commercial cooking equipment such as fryers, ovens, and grills.
• Work on commercial refrigeration equipment such as walk‑ins, ice machines, and reach‑ins, or both (combo technicians).

Requirements

• Experience working on commercial kitchen equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• EPA certification required for refrigeration technicians.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
