Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair hotside and coldside kitchen equipment including bakery equipment.
  • Facilitate and assist with repairs on dishwashers.
  • Project a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Research parts & supplies as needed.
  • Maintain parts backstock to minimize downtime.
  • Oversee third-party hood and PCU cleaning.
  • Complete Service Tickets using Limble CMMS.
  • Flexibility to assist with other facilities projects when short-staffed or when additional help is needed.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Preferred technical training.
  • Proficient use of general power and hand tools.
  • Ability to identify, diagnose, and repair issues.
  • Highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate issues to management.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Details

Salary: Dependent upon experience.
Experience: 2+ years of commercial kitchen equipment experience is preferred.
