Commercial Kitchen/Hood Cleaning Technician

About the role

We are modernizing the ways of Fire Protection, Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning, Grease Trap Services, and more. Hood – kitchen hood cleaning, technical services, and repair. Fire – Fire protection & suppression systems. Grease – grease trap cleaning and line jetting.

Responsibilities

This is a very physically demanding job that has great growth potential.

• Climb inside of the hood systems.
• Climb on the roof with pressure washers to ensure the entire system is free of all grease.
• Clean rooftop exhaust fans and surrounding areas.
• Install auxiliary items including access panels, hinge kits, and grease containment systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service while proudly representing NELBUD.

Requirements

• Ability to access and tolerate small spaces and work high places (technicians will be inside exhaust systems and outside on the roof nightly in various weather conditions).
• Previous experience in a physically demanding job is strongly preferred (this job is physically demanding and can be dirty at times).
• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Be at least 20 years old.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
