Requirements
- Active electrical license
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be provided prior to starting work
- Proven experience working on commercial equipment (not residential)
- Strong mechanical, electrical, or HVAC background
- Ability to work independently and complete jobs correctly the first time
- Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and in active commercial environments
Preferred
- HVAC certification or advanced experience
- Familiarity with CaptiveAire or similar systems
- Experience with motor diagnostics and preventative maintenance programs

Compensation includes:
Hourly rate
Plus per job / service call pay (agreed upon in advance)
Compensation: $60.00 - $90.00 per hour
