We are currently looking for motivated Commercial Insurance Producers to join our growing team at our Ocean City, Maryland insurance office. Our Ocean City office serves businesses throughout the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware, including Worcester County, Wicomico County, Sussex County, Salisbury, Berlin, Ocean Pines, Fenwick Island, and Rehoboth Beach. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced commercial insurance sales professional who understands the commercial insurance marketplace and enjoys building long-term relationships with business owners. As an independent insurance agency, our producers work with a wide network of top-rated insurance carriers, allowing them to design tailored insurance programs for clients across many industries rather than being limited to a single company’s products. We provide strong internal service support so producers can focus on what they do best: building relationships, generating new business, and growing a long-term book of commercial insurance clients. What You’ll Do Build relationships with business owners, property managers, contractors, and decision-makers throughout Ocean City and the Eastern Shore Identify business insurance needs and present appropriate commercial insurance coverage solutions Work with our internal service team to develop insurance quotes and proposals Present coverage options and guide clients through the commercial insurance purchasing process Develop referral relationships with business professionals, lenders, real estate professionals, and community partners Continue expanding your book of business through networking, prospecting, and relationship-building Compensation Structure Our compensation model is designed for long-term income growth and book ownership. Producers Earn: 50% commission on new business 50% commission on renewal business This level of renewal participation is uncommon in the insurance industry and allows producers to build a valuable long-term income stream as their book grows. Because our internal service team handles day-to-day account servicing, producers are able to focus their time on business development, networking, and client relationships rather than administrative work.
