AIG is reimagining the way we help customers manage risk. As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial part in this transformation.
Responsibilities
- Create and negotiate business plans for each assigned program, including new business, renewal rate management, and expected retentions.
- Conduct Underwriting Quality Reviews and participate in Stewardship meetings for assigned Programs.
- Identify and market new products to enhance existing portfolios and align with program business plans.
- Monitor renewals, track rate targets, retentions, trends, lost business, and ensure profitability targets are met.
- Understand and manage program eligibility and coverages to minimize adverse exposures.
- Develop and provide superior customer service through regular on-site visits and conference calls.
- Collaborate with various departments such as Actuarial, Accounting, Claims, Operations, Program Development, Risk Management, and Underwriting.
- Implement new business programs and coordinate with Operations, IT, and other support areas.
- Maintain current industry knowledge and market intelligence through regular communication with Program Administrators and participation in external events.
Requirements
- 10+ Years of Commercial Underwriting Experience focused on Multi Line Package portfolio management.
- Strong communication, relationship management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency on AIG policy rating/issuance platforms (i.e. Cover-All).
- Working knowledge of ISO, Admitted and Non Admitted product execution.
- Proven understanding of manuscript, admitted form language, and policy coverage analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and work with analytical tools, reports, and technology.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and adapt to changing requirements.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, proven creative problem solver.
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Travel – 30%
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Professional Certifications: CIP, CPCU, or similar certifications preferred.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, with the possibility of a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. Final base salary may vary based on location and other factors.
Schedule
This position requires a travel schedule of 30%. Office-based work is encouraged to foster effective collaboration and a supportive, connected environment.
