About the role

Commercial Install Plumber specializing in special projects for new commercial and industrial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and test plumbing systems in new commercial and industrial buildings
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and specifications to determine material needs
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, and install pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures for water, waste, vent, and gas systems
• Conduct pressure and water testing to ensure code compliance and system functionality
• Coordinate with other trades to maintain project flow, ensure safety standards, and document work progress
• Support project milestones and mentor apprentices

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 4 years of commercial plumbing construction experience
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, working with various plumbing systems, and understanding hydronic, gas, and backflow systems is preferred
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
• Strong knowledge of codes, safety, and materials
