About the role

This individual supports various loan originations systems at NW Bancshares.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy while meeting SLAs and CECL data points
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries with exemplary service
  • Collaborate with key strategic partners including Compliance, Legal, Credit, and Lending departments
  • Support system releases and testing of new products and services; troubleshoot issues
  • Lead acquisition activities as needed
  • Maintain department procedures and user guides
  • Act as back-up in absence of department manager
  • Participate in bank-wide projects
  • Recruit and interview for department positions
  • Design and facilitate department training

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Finance
  • 6-8 years banking experience in lending
  • 6-8 years customer service experience
  • Experience as a System Administrator for nCino, Baker Hill, or LaserPro
  • Knowledge of commercial and small business loan products, credit policy, compliance, and regulatory issues
  • Advanced Certified Administrator within 6 months
  • Certified Administrator within 6 months

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
