About the role
This individual supports various loan originations systems at NW Bancshares.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy while meeting SLAs and CECL data points
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries with exemplary service
- Collaborate with key strategic partners including Compliance, Legal, Credit, and Lending departments
- Support system releases and testing of new products and services; troubleshoot issues
- Lead acquisition activities as needed
- Maintain department procedures and user guides
- Act as back-up in absence of department manager
- Participate in bank-wide projects
- Recruit and interview for department positions
- Design and facilitate department training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Finance
- 6-8 years banking experience in lending
- 6-8 years customer service experience
- Experience as a System Administrator for nCino, Baker Hill, or LaserPro
- Knowledge of commercial and small business loan products, credit policy, compliance, and regulatory issues
- Advanced Certified Administrator within 6 months
- Certified Administrator within 6 months

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
