About the role
This individual supports various loan originations systems at NW Bancshares Processing Center.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy while meeting service level agreements and benchmarks
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries with exemplary customer service
- Collaborate with key strategic partners (Third party vendors, Compliance, Legal, Credit, and Lending departments)
- Support system releases and testing of new products and services; troubleshoot issues and challenges
- Lead any acquisition activities as needed
- Maintain updates to department procedures and user guides
- Remain current on relevant system enhancements and updates
- Participate in department talent recruiting efforts and interviewing process
- Design, develop, and facilitate department training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Finance
- 6 - 8 years Banking experience in the area of lending
- 6 - 8 years Customer Service experience
- Experience as a System Administrator for nCino, Baker Hill, or LaserPro
Skills
- Compliance with Northwest’s policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations
- Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department
- Work as part of a team
- Support department manager in addressing audit related questions or findings
- Support the departments disaster recovery testing efforts as needed
