About the role

This individual supports various loan originations systems at NW Bancshares Processing Center.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy while meeting service level agreements and benchmarks
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries with exemplary customer service
  • Collaborate with key strategic partners (Third party vendors, Compliance, Legal, Credit, and Lending departments)
  • Support system releases and testing of new products and services; troubleshoot issues and challenges
  • Lead any acquisition activities as needed
  • Maintain updates to department procedures and user guides
  • Remain current on relevant system enhancements and updates
  • Participate in department talent recruiting efforts and interviewing process
  • Design, develop, and facilitate department training

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Finance
  • 6 - 8 years Banking experience in the area of lending
  • 6 - 8 years Customer Service experience
  • Experience as a System Administrator for nCino, Baker Hill, or LaserPro

Skills

  • Compliance with Northwest’s policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations
  • Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department
  • Work as part of a team
  • Support department manager in addressing audit related questions or findings
  • Support the departments disaster recovery testing efforts as needed
