Commercial HVAC Technician

Position Overview

As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment. Technicians in this role work independently in the field while receiving support from an experienced dispatch and management team.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues
• Document completed work using digital service software
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding findings and recommendations
• Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices
• Cook up with dispatch to manage service calls and scheduling

Desired Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on commercial HVAC/R experience
• 5 or more years of experience preferred
• Maine or New Hampshire Propane/Natural Gas Basic License is a plus
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and electronic work orders
• Professional communication and customer service abilities
