Commercial HVAC Technician

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial HVAC systems in various settings. This includes diagnosing issues, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring all systems operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions
• Maintain and service commercial HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance checks
• Communicate effectively with clients and other team members
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of related experience in HVAC field
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
