Responsibilities
- Perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Complete preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Install, replace, and retrofit HVAC equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry regulations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HVAC service or maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience working with commercial HVAC systems including VRF, RTUs, split systems, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- EPA certification or other relevant HVAC certifications are preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
